Erica is a passionate advocate for girls’ basketball in Maplewood and South Orange. With a love for the game since childhood, Erica is dedicated to empowering young female athletes and fostering the growth of basketball locally.

Through her work as a consultant and coach, Erica helps leagues and organizations grow their girls basketball programs, focusing on increasing enrollment, community collaboration and promoting equitable opportunities.

From beginner players to advanced athletes, Erica also works with families to recommend the best basketball program to meet their needs.
